Offer before form
A form is not an offer. Explain what the visitor receives or what happens after submission before asking for information.
Match form length to value
Low-friction offers usually need fewer fields. Higher-value consultations or qualification flows can justify more questions when each field serves a real purpose.
Plan the handoff
Send leads somewhere useful immediately: CRM, email platform, booking workflow or sales queue. A landing page is only the front end of lead generation.
Improve with testing
Test the offer, headline, form structure and CTA. If traffic volume is low, prioritize qualitative clarity before drawing conclusions from tiny samples.
